
Baked Macaroni & Cheese
1-Package Elbow Macaroni
3 tbsp butter softened
2-Cups of milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2-eggs beaten
8oz Sharp Cheddar Shredded
8oz Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- Preheat oven to 350
- Boil and cook pasta accordingly
- Lightly grease a 2qt baking dish or a 13x9 baking pan
- In a large sauce pan, combine butter, milk, salt, pepper, cheddar & mozzarella cheese. Constantly stirring until the cheeses have melted.
- Once that is done, remove from heat.
- When pasta is cooked, and drained, add pasta to the baking dish. Pour the cheese sauce over the pasta and mix.
- Take the 2 eggs that you had beaten, and pour evenly over the pasta, then top with more cheese if you would like.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly hot. Wait about 10 minutes before you serve.
