BBQ Pulled Pork

This is a great recipe for the crock-pot.  There's also another recipe for pulled pork, but without the BBQ.  I'll post that one by itself.  That one has more of a vinegar sauce to it.


BBQ Pulled Pork

5 pounds pork tenderloin or roast (fat trimmed)
2-4 cups BBQ sauce
2 Onions chopped


  1. Place pork loin in the crock pot and add onions and BBQ sauce.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours or high for 4-5 hours
  3. Remove the pork and shred with a fork. Add back to the pot and coat with the sauce
  4. Serve on hard rolls or hamburger rolls

If you like spicy BBQ, you can also add crushed red peppers to the sauce, or buy spicy BBQ sauce.
