
BBQ Pulled Pork
5 pounds pork tenderloin or roast (fat trimmed)
2-4 cups BBQ sauce
2 Onions chopped
- Place pork loin in the crock pot and add onions and BBQ sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours or high for 4-5 hours
- Remove the pork and shred with a fork. Add back to the pot and coat with the sauce
- Serve on hard rolls or hamburger rolls
If you like spicy BBQ, you can also add crushed red peppers to the sauce, or buy spicy BBQ sauce.
